Lose weight permanently with no hunger pains!

I have written a post about this issue a while ago already but after a friend followed it and lost 5 kg (about 11 lbs)in just 3 weeks, I decided to do it again for those who didn't read it and are too lazy to scroll back.
This is how she's doing it:
She eats oats in the morning, or a fruit if she doesn't have much time. She uses a small bowl, meant for babies, and a teaspoon to eat the oats with. This way it looks as if she eats a lot, which tricks the brain into responding as if there are abundance, thus speeding up the metabolism. The rest of the day she eats whatever she craves for.
She eats slowly, which is very important, because it takes about 20 for your stomach to tell your brain you had enough. It also allows you to savor the taste of your food, thus enjoying it.
She eats about 5 times a day, with the result that she never gets hungry, which is the biggest reason for binge eating. And because she now is never hungry, she eats much less than before.
She tries to include at least 3 fruits in her meals per day as well as raw vegetable salad.
She claims her love for chocolate has decreased drastically, but when she craves it, she eats and enjoys it without feeling guilty. And she still loses weight!
She drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day.
